The living spaces consist of a living/dining-room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and, last but not least, a beautiful terrace facing the river Arno. The apartment is equipped with a TV set, washing-machine, dishwasher and oven. Air-conditioning is provided on request. It sleeps up to 4 people.
