PRESENTATION AND LOCATION

Charming apartment in typical Florentine style located in the fascinating Old Town of Florence, only 5 minutes walking distance from the Central train station of Santa Maria Novella. Our apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building overlooking the courtyards of the neighbouring homes. The location is quiet and convenient. There is no lift. Completely and tastefully restored in 2005 with terracotta floors and wooden beams, the apartment includes an large entrance hall, a cosy living room with paintures with one sofa-bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with shower and a bedroom with king-size bed. It can sleep up to 4 guests. The apartment offers a full range of modern facilities such as airconditioning, heater, TV, fridge with small freezer, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, glasses & cutlery, coffee maker and a washing machine.
