PRESENTATION AND LOCATION

Situated in the heart of Venice Lido, the Hungaria Palace hotel is only five minutes from the boat departures to St.Mark's on Venice's mainland and from the famous Lido beaches. The property was built in 1905, soon after Lido began to be recognised as a sophisticated holiday destination, and in 1914 its delightful Neo-renaissance facade was embellished with majolica polychrome. The hotel interiors feature furniture by Milan's Eugenio Quarti, reputed as being one of the finest producers of Italian Art Nouveau furniture at the time.
